JOB OFFERS
We are looking for:
Electronics Technician (m/f/d) – Control Cabinet Assembly & Automation Technology
Custom control cabinets. Sophisticated technology. A stable workplace.
You will see your project through from initial wiring to the finished control cabinet, witnessing how your work becomes part of a complete system. We develop and build biological wastewater treatment systems—ranging from unique, one-off projects to small-batch production of systems and components. This means you can look forward to varied projects and technical challenges rather than repetitive tasks. You will be based at our facility in Baalsdorf. During your onboarding phase, you will get to know our systems firsthand at customer sites across Germany. Afterward, you will only work on-site in exceptional cases where your specialized technical expertise is required; regular field assembly assignments are not part of your daily routine.
As an electronics technician (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in our team.
Your responsibilities include:
Your tasks Independent assembly and wiring of complex control cabinets
Creation of simple circuit diagrams based on process engineering drawings
Inspection and optimization of wiring and ensuring quality standards
Conducting functional tests
Contributing to technical improvements in control cabinet manufacturing
Close collaboration with design, project management, and production teams
What to expect:
Interesting individual projects and small-batch production
High level of personal responsibility and scope for initiative
Direct coordination with technical departments
Permanent workstation at our Baalsdorf location
Assembly work required only in exceptional cases
Short decision-making paths and rapid implementation of technical solutions
What we offer:
Permanent employment contract
5-day work week (no weekend work; Fridays until 1:30 PM)
Attractive remuneration based on qualifications and experience
Work-life balance
28 days of vacation with opportunities for professional development
Working time account to offset overtime
Free beverages (coffee, tea, and water)
Secure job in a specialized, future-oriented industry
What you should bring:
Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (industrial engineering, automation technology, or similar)
Professional experience in control cabinet manufacturing
Proficiency in working with circuit diagrams and schematics
Experience wiring control and automation systems (e.g., EATON Easy)
Independent, structured, and quality-oriented work style
Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
Good German language skills
Driver’s license (Class B) an advantage
Have we piqued your interest?
Then we look forward to receiving your application documents, stating your salary expectations and the earliest possible starting date, preferably by email to info@busse-gmbh.de.
We only consider direct applicants.
If you have any questions about your application, please contact us on Tel. 0341 65984-0.
Become part of our team – we look forward to seeing you!
